One-on-one training allows our staff to direct all their attention towards breaking down the strengths and weaknesses of a player. Our trainers deliver an abundance of creative drills designed to improve a player’s skill set. After each session trainers will give an assessment on the player’s skill level. One-on-one sessions are a great way to ensure your workout is customized, efficient and effective. One-on-one training sessions are held daily at a facility to be determined.
